To operate and improve our platforms, coordinate services between brands, providers, and pharmacies, communicate with partners, and meet legal obligations.
Data is never sold. Information is shared only as necessary with licensed providers, dispensing pharmacies, and service providers supporting platform operations — subject to applicable privacy and security obligations, including HIPAA where it applies.
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information processed on our platforms, consistent with applicable privacy and security requirements.

USHWN provides telehealth infrastructure, software platforms, operational support, intake technology, provider coordination workflows, pharmacy partner coordination, and related business services to health brands, clinics, and provider organizations ("Partners"). Specific engagements are governed by the applicable order form or partner agreement.
USHWN is not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, or medical practice. We do not practice medicine, provide medical advice, prescribe, dispense, compound, or ship medications. All clinical decisions are made solely by independent, licensed healthcare providers, and all medications are dispensed by U.S.-licensed pharmacies.
Partner brands process patient transactions through their own merchant services agreements or our preferred Stripe provider. USHWN does not process patient payments on this website.
Partners are responsible for ensuring their use of our services complies with applicable laws and regulations, including those relating to healthcare, telehealth, corporate practice of medicine, advertising, privacy, and payment processing. Partners may not make claims that are false, misleading, or inconsistent with applicable law or platform requirements.
Any examples, projections, or business models shared by USHWN are illustrative only. Operating a business involves risk, and results depend on Partner execution and market conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, USHWN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Fees for platform subscriptions, builds, and professional services are governed by the applicable order form or partner agreement. Where no agreement states otherwise, refund requests may be submitted within seven (7) days of purchase; work not yet begun is eligible for a full refund.
Once work has begun, fees for services already rendered are non-refundable. Any remaining unearned portion may be refunded on a pro-rated basis.
Patient-facing purchases are made with the applicable health brand under that brand's own policies, not with USHWN. Refund requests for those purchases should be directed to the brand.
